What is in the Ritual group?
Ritual is the in-game Currency Exchange group that holds the Omens. Omens are currency items that enable exclusive meta-crafting effects: an Omen works while it sits in your inventory and changes one specific next action — for example, what your next Chaos Orb removes.
They come from the Ritual mechanic: defeating the revived monsters earns Tribute, which you trade at the Ritual Altar for Favours, and Omens are one of those rewards. The group also lists An Audience with the King, an exclusive Ritual drop, and The Head of the King, which drops from the King in the Mists.
